  • Frage zur Eingewöhnung

    Grüße dich! Wie verhalten sich denn jetzt deine Wasseragamen? Hat sich am Verhalten schon was gebässert, fressen beide?

    Was gibst du, bzw. was versuchst du alles ihnen denn zu geben? Und noch eine wichtige Frage, was für Vitamiene bekommen sie (hier wäre die Firma und Produkt sehr hilfreich).

    Gruß Jens! Also das Geschlecht kann man ab ca. dem 10. Monat bestimmen, aber eine hundert prozentig kann man das erst im alter von 12 Monaten. Schau dazu auch mal hier: [Grüne Wasseragamen] Geschlechtsmerkmale

    Zur Terrariengröße, da hier ein Mindestmaß gilt (200x100x200) und in Österreich/Schweiz sogar Gesetzlich geregelt ist, müssen diese Maße auch eingehalten werden, größer ist hingegen sogar von Vorteil. Anpassen tun sie sich nicht! Es kann durch zu kleine Terrarien zu Wachstumsstörungen kommen, was wiederum zu Problemen führt, sei es der Knochenbau oder die Legenot, uvm. Wasseragamen die meist in Kleintieranzeigen Angeboten werden die in zu kleinen Terrarien gehalten wurden, sieht man das meist schon an, da hier Probleme mit der Schnauze entstehen, kleinwügsig usw.

    Es müssen eben mindestens 200x100x200 sein, das was in der Literatur steht, ist veraltet!

    Die Häutung findet bei Jungtieren eigentlich fast ständig statt, das nimmt aber im alter allmählich ab, das heißt, dass eine 2Jahre alte Wasseragame sich so ~2mal im Jahr an diversen Körperstellen Häutet.

Da hast dir ja einiges vorgenommen, leider weis ich den Link nicht zu deiner Cam, hab schon auf deiner Webseite mal geschaut, aber finde da leider nichts oder ich bin Blind :rolleyes: . Zu den bepflanzen... man kann ja gut erkennen wo welches Tier lang trampelt, dementsprechend kann man auch Pflanzen, leider werden aber immer wieder Pflanzen daran glauben müssen. Aber der Ficus pumila kostet ja im Gartencenter nicht die Wolke und ist schnell ersetzt.
